This Physiological Psychology analysis focuses on the correlation of neuroscience and resilience. Through a resource analysis, the paper explores unique perspectives into the brain's role in resilience. It presents insights into a lifespan perspective to resilience and into neuroscience methods for utilizing brain imaging to help us understand brain functions during stressful and/or traumatic situations, which can help enhance treatment and coping methods.

This Popular Press Analysis focuses on  the importance of nonverbal communication within the therapeutic context. It touches on how nonverbal communication affects the relationships forged during therapy. In addition, it includes research into the effects of nonverbal communication (or the lack thereof) in virtual therapy settings as it became more prevalent during the Covid19 pandemic.

This  Analysis focuses on  the importance of language and identity across diasporas. It touches on the way that language and identity intertwine, and explores the nuances of losing touch with one's native tongue once away from the homeland. Further, it presents the question of whether language and identity are intrinsically connected.

This research analysis focuses on the paradigm shift of the ideal employee and workplace post-COVID. It examines what defines the ideal employee and ideal work environment, addresses the expectations and realities of what currently exists, and how it must adjust to the contemporary landscape of today. It explores organizational performance, effectiveness, and adaptability as well as considerations regarding employee well-being and engagement. Communication theories such as the Communication Accommodation Theory and Media Richness Theory, among others, analyze relevant research into this shift.

HR Training Seminar on The Future Workforce

This Research Paper focuses on the erasure of women and the Sacred Feminine from religious texts. Through the lens of three of the most prominent(ly) ignored sacred feminines of scripture, the paper examines the role of patriarchy in religious feminine erasure. Further, it explores how gendered communication has limited gender liberation, and how removing gendered communication from scripture can foster gender inclusive liberation.

This Literature Review aims to investigate the potential affects of an individual's communicative environment in the management of chronic illness. It focuses on three communication areas: communication with providers, communication with social networks, and communication with self and aspects within each in relation to fostering resilience in managing chronic illness.

This Final Proposal Paper takes the previous Literature review further by proposing the importance of researching a patient's communication environment as it pertains to fostering resilience in managing their chronic illness. For this expressed purpose, Alzheimer's/Dementia was the chosen chronic illness. A communication intervention method is proposed and a research study developed to determine intervention efficacy.
